Made to Order Hand-tied Wreath – The Harvest

This wreath is a blend of naturally preserved eucalyptus, dried flowers, grasses and seed pods. Created using only natural product, this willow wreath includes eucalyptus, sunflowers, strawflowers, celosia, grasses and unique seed pods and is hand-tied using natural hemp twine. It is finished with two bells, tied with twine.

This wreath is made to order. Please allow 1 week for your wreath to be created and shipped.

Each wreath is hand-tied using natural hemp twine and uses locally grown flowers, mostly from my farm, Pink Moon Farm. Everything but the bells are green compostable, meaning once you are ready to change your décor, this wreath can go into your green waste bin or compost.

This wreath will last you many months (and years) if proper care is taken. This wreath contains all natural bits that have been dried to keep their natural color and appearance. A bit of shedding is to be expected during handling. By following a few recommendations, your botanical piece may last many seasons:

– Upon Unpacking, Gently Fluff: Your wreath has been secured with ties to cardboard to prevent jostling and damage. We recommend carefully cutting the ties and using your hands, gently fluff (it will have ‘bed head’ from the box).

– Keep out of Direct Sun or Elements: Natural material will naturally fade over time. This is part of its sweet charm. However, for longevity, enjoy away from direct sun, heat sources and humidity. I recommend indoor use for longevity; hanging outdoor is wonderful but the wreath may not last more than a season. If outdoors, expect the elements to accelerate it’s aging.

– If Indoors, Give a Good Dusting: Over time, your wreath may need a good dusting to not look drab and tired. We recommend using the lowest and coldest setting on a hairdryer to gently blow off the dust. The wreath may shed a little- this is totally normal.

-Storage: Sometimes you need to change things up. If you are planning to store your wreath, we recommend placing into a box (or use the one it came in) and store in a place that won’t suffer from extreme heat or humidity.
